Mr. Wall - Principal
Brandon Wall is honored to lead Wilcox High School and thrilled to be back in the Santa Clara Unified community, where he taught prior to becoming a school administrator. Prior to joining Wilcox as Principal in 2025, he served as Principal at Leigh High School, where he helped lead the school to recognition as a National Blue Ribbon School and a California Distinguished School in 2024.
Mr. Wall began his teaching career in middle school science, including a year at Peterson Middle School and five years in the Cupertino Union School District, where he taught science and student leadership. He also previously taught summer school at Wilcox in 2020 and 2021, experiences that deepened his connection to the Charger community.
Throughout his career, Mr. Wall has coordinated schoolwide events, led professional development focused on restorative practices and MTSS, and implemented systems to support both academic achievement and student wellness.
He holds a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership from Santa Clara University and a Master’s in Science Education from San Jose State University. Known for his student-centered approach and commitment to equity, Mr. Wall is excited to support the incredible students, staff, and families at Wilcox High School.
Ms. Lower - Vice Principal
Molly Lower grew up in Southern California and is excited to join the Santa Clara Unified community. In 2010, she earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Classical Civilizations from Loyola Marymount University, and spent two scorching summers on archaeology digs in Jordan and Israel. She then went on to complete a Master’s Degree in Middle Eastern and African History at Tel Aviv University in Israel in 2014 before finding her passion in the junction of history, civic engagement, and education.
She began her career in education in 2016 as a high school Social Science teacher at Bishop Alemany High School in Mission Hills, where she taught US and World History, AP US History, Epistemology, and AP Seminar. Eager to contribute beyond the classroom, Molly returned to Loyola Marymount University to earn her Master’s Degree in School Administration and complete her administrative services credential in 2021.
In the 2021-2022 school year, she served as Assistant Principal of Curriculum at Bishop Alemany High School while maintaining her teaching duties for AP US History and AP Seminar. From 2022 to 2025, Molly served as Assistant Principal at Redondo Union High School in Redondo Beach, where she coordinated schoolwide events, oversaw testing, and spearheaded curriculum adoptions. She is most proud of her partnership with teachers, PTSA, and Redondo Beach City Council to develop the State Seal of Civic Engagement program, and her collaboration with the English Department to develop an embedded-honors Ethnic Studies course.
Molly Lower is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Educational Leadership for Social Justice at Loyola Marymount University. She joined the Wilcox community in 2025 and is looking forward to supporting all students in developing their academic, athletic, and extracurricular passions.
Ms. Rothstein - Vice Principal
Stephanie Rothstein grew up in Southern California graduating from Mission Viejo High School. She graduated with her Bachelor of Arts from UC Berkeley in 2002 and earned Teaching Credential (2004) and MA in Secondary Education (2005) from San Francisco State University.
In 2004 Stephanie began her teaching career at El Camino High School in South San Francisco where she taught English, Yearbook, and AVID and was the English Department Chair. In 2009 she began her 12 years at Los Gatos High School where she started, chaired, and taught in the LEAD pathway, a Design Thinking Pathway combining English, History, and Science. She also continued to teach Yearbook and Video Yearbook. Stephanie became a Teacher on Special Assignment for Los Gatos Saratoga Union High School District where she mentored/coached other teachers, and supported educational technology and professional learning. In 2021 Stephanie joined Santa Clara Unified School District as the EdTech/Innovation TOSA. During her time here in SCUSD, she has been proud to lead professional learning throughout the district, and lead the Innovation Cohorts, MakerSpace Cohorts, and Innovation Expo.
One experience that changed Stephanie as an educator was being accepted as a Google for Education Innovator. In September 2019 she attended her Innovator Academy in Singapore with 35 educators from all over the world. After this experience she was inspired to continue her Educational Leadership path. Stephanie earned her preliminary administrative services credential in 2019 through the LEAP Educational Administration Program. In Summer 2022, she served as the Summer School Vice Principal here in SCUSD.
In the fall of 2024, Stephanie joined Wilcox's Administrative Team and loves working with such a great admin team and wonderful staff and supporting students and families here at Wilcox High School.
Mr. Williams - Vice Principal
Craig Williams is honored and excited to join the Wilcox High School community as a Vice Principal. He brings more than 30 years of experience in education and a strong commitment to supporting students, staff, and families.
Mr. Williams began his career as an 8th grade Algebra and Geometry teacher at Union Middle School in San Jose, where he taught for 18 years. He then transitioned into school administration, serving as Dean of Students at Moreland Middle School before spending the past 10 years as an Assistant Principal at Leigh High School.
A lifelong Bay Area resident, Mr. Williams attended local schools before earning his Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies with a minor in Special Education from San Jose State University. He later earned his teaching credential from Bethany University in Scotts Valley and completed both his master's degree and Administrative Services Credential at Santa Clara University.
Mr. Williams is passionate about building positive relationships, fostering an inclusive school culture, and helping every student reach their full potential. He looks forward to partnering with the students, staff, families, and the entire Wilcox community to support academic excellence and student success.
