Volunteer

Thank you for your interest in volunteering at Santa Clara Unified School District. We have many opportunities for you to share your passion by supporting our students and schools and helping where you’re needed most. 

Volunteer Instructions

The 2026–2027 Volunteer Application is currently being updated to reflect new mandated reporter training requirements under Senate Bill 848 and updated volunteer screening procedures, including fingerprinting requirements where applicable. Volunteer applications are temporarily unavailable while these updates are completed. The updated application and instructions will be available soon. Please check back for updates. Thank you for your patience and your interest in supporting our students.

 

Corporate and Nonprofit Volunteers

Family and Community Volunteers

Volunteers must comply with the directions of the School Administration district COVID-19 requirements. 

Please be aware that all volunteering is handled through the individual school sites and departments  — we do not have a volunteer pool that is monitored at the district level.
